# Reasonable Cancellation

### Client

**Steps to cancel and reschedule:**\
1\.  Click on the session details. \
2\. Scroll down and click "Cancel session". \
3\. Fill in relevant information regarding the cancellation and select "reschedule session".\
4\. The newly scheduled session will be considered valid, with the credits from the previous session brought over to the new session without additional charges when the cancellation is verified to be reasonable and justified.&#x20;

**Steps to cancel and request a refund:**\
1\.  Click on the session details. \
2\. Scroll down and click "Cancel session". \
3\. Fill in relevant information regarding the cancellation and select "cancel and refund".\
4\. If the cancellation is verified to be reasonable and justified, a 10% administrative charges would apply and 90% of the session fee will be credited back to the client's wallet. (See [**Applicable charges**](/the-y-cucumber-account/applicable-charges.md))

### Service provider

**Steps to initiate a reasonable cancellation:**\
1\.  Click on the session details. \
2\. Scroll down and click "Cancel session". \
3\. Fill in relevant information regarding the cancellation to be verified and considered a reasonable cancellation. \
4\. Upon approval of the reasonable cancellation, the session will be cancelled immediately and an instant full fee will be refunded to the client's Y-Cucumber account. (see [**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy**](/the-y-cucumber-account/cancellation-and-rescheduling-policy.md))
